We are so excited for summertime that we're celebrating with our Summer Sunday Brunch series! Held every Sunday in June, except for Father's Day, our dining room is gearing up for treating our guests to lazy Sunday brunch - complete with mimosa and bloody mary specials. 

Our chefs created a delicious menu with everything from our Painted Hills Ribeye Sandwich to the Georgia Wild Caught Shrimp and Grits.  Be sure to inquire about mimosa and bloody mary specials! Call us at 877-352-8273 for reservations.

With Mother's Day behind us, it's time to celebrate dear old Dad! Did you know that the first Father's Day was celebrated on Fairmont, West Virginia on July 5, 1908? Continue the tradition with us at the Lodge.  Check out the Full Menu on the event listing!

We're so excited to welcome Head Chef Joey Williams!  Our new a la carte menu during the hours we are open to the public will be sampled during our Menu Preview Party on February 10, 2011, from 6-8p.m. - the Dining Room at Flat Creek Lodge is now open Thursday - Saturday evenings.  Come on by to enjoy some farm fresh gourmet cooking! Looking for something different to do this Valentine's Day? We're so excited that love is in the air on Valentine's Day.  Our dinner menu starts off with diver scallops, and proceeds to roasted salmon and burgundy braised beef short ribs, and followed with a chocolate tasting and glass of champagne.  To top it off, the band Steam will provide music to dance the night away!  $100 per couple for dinner and glass of champagne. Stay Overnight for additional $150 per couple for lodge room or additional $300 per couple for a cottage. Hearty Country Breakfast included.

Have you made your resolutions yet?  We're still working on ours, but one that we plan to keep is the tradition of throwing the best party in Southeast Georgia! Ring in 2011 with our New Year's Eve party in Swainsboro, Georgia at the Lodge on Friday, December 31, 2011.  We're serving our scrumptious New Year's Eve 4 course Prix Fixe menu for $100 per couple. There will be two seatings at 6 pm and 8 pm. Lively music provided by the band “Steam, and dancing begins at 8:00 pm.

Check out our new slideshow with some beautiful photos from weddings at the Lodge!  We host dozens of weddings each year for a destination wedding, or if you're local to the area.  Since we've got everything you need - from fine cuisine to romance to so much more, brides love having their wedding at the lodge! 

Another chance for all you Atlantans to take a taste of the world of Flat Creek Lodge's dairy... this Friday, June 11, the Farm to Table Dinner at NEO at The Mansion on Peachtree will be a delight with menu highlights including items such as beet tartare, an heirloom tomato salad,
smoked scallops, succulent short ribs and a rhubarb panna cotta to finish off the night! Their Executive Sous Chef Scott Hemmerly will surely please the palates of everyone!  And... the evening will include a conversation lead by Flat Creek Lodge around the special ingredients featured in the dinner.  The dinner starts at 7:30 p.m., and is $90 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Good news!
